  • Many companies facilitate online attestation through their Chamber of Commerce accounts.

  • Family visit visa applications can also be submitted online, eliminating the need for physical visits.

Manual Attestation Process

  1. Location Identification: Visit the Chamber of Commerce office in the city where your employer is registered.
  2. Token Issuance: Obtain a token for stamping documents or submitting family visit visa applications (Tafeel).
  3. Document Verification: Upon your turn, the officer verifies your company’s signature and stamp before affixing the Chamber of Commerce stamp.
  4. VIP Counter: If your employer is a VIP member, direct attestation can be sought at the VIP counter.

Fees and Payment Method

  • Attestation Fee: SR 25 for any document.
  • Family Visit Visa Application Fee: SR 35.
  • Payments must be made via debit or credit card; cash payments are not accepted.

Validity of Attestation

  • Chamber of Commerce stamp validity lasts for 12 months.
  • After this period, the entire attestation process needs to be repeated.

Timings for Submission

  • Family visit visa applications are accepted from 7:30 am to 3:00 pm.

Jeddah Chamber of Commerce:

  • Various offices across the city with differing timings, such as Nuzhah district (7:30 am to 9 pm) and Serafi Mall (7:30 am to 8:00 pm).

Riyadh Chamber of Commerce:

  • Locations include Malaz Branch (8:00 am to 3:00 pm) and King Abdullah Road Branch (8:00 am to 5:00 pm).

Dammam Chamber of Commerce:

  • Offices on King Fahd Road (7:30 am to 2:30 pm) and Prince Mohamed bin Fahd Road (7:30 am to 4:30 pm), among others.

Makkah Chamber of Commerce:

  • Locations include Haramain Road (7:30 am to 10:30 pm) and Rusayfah district (7:30 am to 11:00 pm).
