Terms & Conditions

UK 2 KSA accepts instructions only upon the terms and conditions set out below. No servant or agent of UK 2 KSA is permitted to vary these terms and conditions unless expressly authorised in writing to do so. However any servant or agent shall have the full benefit of these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions govern the provision of all and any services provided by UK 2 KSA in respect of but not limited to the processing of visas, passports and/or documents for their clients and all orders placed by their clients are made and accepted subject to the terms hereinafter set out.

UK 2 KSA will use its best endeavours to process applications for visas, passports and/or documents at the client’s request. However, UK 2 KSA shall not be held responsible for nor accept any liability for the actions of any consulate, embassy, or passport office in delaying or not issuing such applications for any reason whatsoever, nor shall UK 2 KSA be held responsible for expense and/or delay arising from or in connection with: (a) incomplete application forms or (b) incorrectly or falsely completed application forms or (c) inaccurate or incomplete supporting documentation. Any expense or cost incurred by the client due to these delays or non-issuances shall not be the responsibility of, nor shall any charges be levied upon,

UK 2 KSA. Tickets for travel should not be purchased prior to the visa/passport being issued unless they are a specific requirement for that consulate and in such cases open tickets should be obtained.

UK 2 KSAprovides carefully compiled visa and passport information in good faith on the express understanding that the said information is the interpretation of any or all information provided by respective embassies, consulates or passport offices at any or all times and UK 2 KSA shall not accept responsibility or liability whatsoever for any errors and/or omissions in the information.

UK 2 KSA will endeavour, wherever possible, to process the client’s visa, passport and/or document based on the instructions given and application forms submitted, although it is the client’s express responsibility to ensure that the validity of the said visa/passport/document obtained includes and covers the periods of time in which the client plans to enter and leave the country or countries that the client is visiting and for the number of entries to that country and is valid for the purpose intended.

Should a passport, document or other item be lost, misplaced, damaged, delayed or destroyed by any means whatsoever,

UK 2 KSA shall only be responsible for the basic replacement cost of said item should the fault rest with them. UK 2 KSA is not responsible for items misplaced, damaged, delayed or destroyed by a consulate, embassy or passport office.

The fee which shall be payable by the client in respect of services provided by UK 2 KSA is exclusive of any consular or embassy charges whatsoever. Such consular or embassy charges as may be made will be the absolute liability of the client who must make payment in respect of those charges. UK 2 KSA reserves the right to raise its charges at any time with or without prior notice.

Consular fees and availability of services are subject to change without notice. Fees and services may differ between the time the order is placed and when the ordered is completed. UK 2 KSA will endeavour to communicate said changes to the client where possible. UK 2 KSA reserves the right to select the most appropriate service available given the time constraints as indicated by the client.

UK 2 KSA will send completed applications by Royal Mail Special Delivery unless otherwise instructed. A delivery charge will be added to your order. Royal Mail Special Delivery, Same day couriers, UK Overnight Couriers, International Courier services and other third party delivery companies are subject to the conditions set by these individual companies. UK 2 KSA accepts no liability for loss or delays incurred when using third party delivery companies.

Payment of UK 2 KSA fee is due together with any anticipated consular or embassy charges upon UK 2 KSA being instructed unless account facilities have been agreed in writing prior to the said instructions.

Unless instructions are made in writing UK 2 KSA shall not be held responsible for taking such steps as are reasonably considered as fulfilling the implied instructions of the client and/or as being in the best interest of the client and any charges for such services rendered shall be wholly the responsibility of the client.

Once payment has been made by the applicant, UK 2 KSA will initiate all required paperwork including (but not subjected to) proceeding with the medical report (upon receipt of completed ‘self declaration form’) and completing all required online application forms and procedures; UKSACB/ Solicitor/FCO and Embassy stamps. If an applicant or client decides to withdraw their application at this stage, all fees will be applied and NO refund will be issued.

Where UK 2 KSA receives any personal data, as defined by the Data Protection Act 1998, from the client it shall ensure it fully complies with the provisions of the Act and only deals with the data to fulfil its obligations under the contract. UK 2 KSA shall indemnify the client for any breach of the Act which renders the latter liable for any costs, claims or expenses. UK 2 KSA shall allow its staff reasonable access to the information as is necessary to ensure completion of the contract.

UK 2 KSA reserves the right to retain all passports and documents until payment of the aforementioned amounts is received in full.

UK 2 KSA reserves the right to refuse in its total discretion to handle any application or carry any item at any time and no reason need be given.

UK 2 KSA will only reimburse 50% if UK 2 KSA fail from our side to obtain your visa. If your visa is rejected due to the consular’s decision, then UK 2 KSA will not be liable for any reimbursement (This is due to the consular’s own discretion and not the fault of UK 2 KSA).

Refunds will be possible upon the basis that a request is received before UK2KSA initiates ANY paperwork for the visa application. In such circumstances, a handling fee of £30 will be deducted from the total amount paid. Cancellations requested after a visa has been obtained will not be entertained and full fees will apply.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS:

Refunds and cancellations are available only in certain scenarios, as detailed below.

1- If the cancellation was requested by the client due to personal reasons:

A – Before completion of the medical report:
In the event of the medical report not being completed, the applicant has the right to withdraw an application without incurring any cancellation fees other than the £175 fee for award verification, which is NON-REFUNDABLE.

B – After completion of the medical report:
At this stage, the entire fee will be NON-REFUNDABLE.

C – After the passport has been submitted to the Embassy/after the visa has been obtained:

At this stage, the entire fee will be NON-REFUNDABLE since the full process has been completed.

2 – If the cancellation was declared by the Saudi Arabian Embassy:

A – Due to the certificates not being fit for the job description:
It is the sole responsibility of the applicant/recruiter to check that the academic certificates are suitable for the job offered to the applicant in Saudi Arabia. Although UK2KSA will usually check, it is not the responsibility of UK2KSA to ensure that the academic certificates meet the job requirements. In the event of the application being rejected by the Saudi Arabian Embassy due to the certificates NOT meeting the job requirement, the fee is NON-REFUNDABLE; the applicant may be reimbursed by the employer/recruiter.

B – Due to age restrictions:
An age restriction may apply, requiring the applicant to be a minimum of 23 years old. In the case of the application being rejected due to age restrictions, the fee is NON-REFUNDABLE as it is the applicant’s responsibility to make sure they meet the age requirements. UK2KSA will process the application solely at the applicant’s discretion.

C – Due to the personal status of the applicant in Saudi Arabia:
All applicants should acknowledge from the beginning of the visa application process that the Saudi Arabian Embassy (like all other embassies) retains the right to reject any application without providing a detailed explanation. In this situation, the full fee will be NON-REFUNDABLE.

D – If the cancellation was due to previous convictions or warnings appearing on the ACRO POLICE CERTIFICATE:
If an applicant’s ACRO Police Certificate details previous convictions, cautions or reprimands, they could face having their visa application rejected and could be completely denied a work visa. In the event of this happening, the fee will be NON-REFUNDABLE. UK2KSA strongly advises against applying for a work visa if the applicant knows of past convictions that may appear on an ACRO Certificate. UK2KSA will process the application solely at the applicant’s discretion.

3- Due to application being rejected by the Saudi Arabian Cultural Bureau:

A  – Non genuine degree/certificate:

If UKSACB discover any document or certificate to be illegitimate or non-genuine, the entire fees will be NON-REFUNDABLE, irrespective of which stage the application is at. This is due to the time consumed on the application and risk of a temporary ban/being blacklisted by the UKSACB.

It is illegal to present fake degree certificates and transcripts as genuine documents. Under the Fraud Act 2006, it can result in a prison sentence of up to ten years.

B – Not meeting UKSACB requirements:

If a qualification is rejected by UKSACB due to distance learning or not meeting their requirements (and prior to UK2KSA obtaining a medical report); Handling fees of £90.00 will be incured as well as £50.00 for initiating the attestation process. The remaining fee will be refunded.

In the event of any additional qualifications being submitted to UKSACB for attestation, there will be an additional cost of £50.00 per addtional certificate. Due to our Work Visa fees package only including one qualification to be processed for attestation.

4 – If  the cancellation was announced by the employer:

A – Due to visa number issues:
In the unlikely event of a cancellation being requested by the employer due to visa number issues (after UK2KSA has completed the medical), the full fee will apply. The applicant may be reimbursed by the employer/recruiter.

B – Due to delays caused by the applicant (e.g. delay in sending certificate, providing documents, delay in commencing employment after attaining visa):
The Saudi Arabian employer retains the right to cancel the application in the event of a delay caused by the applicant. In this situation, if the medical report has been issued, the full fee will apply and will be payable by the applicant. If a report has not been issued, then there will be no charges incurred other than the £175 fee for award verification and handling fees of £90.00, which are NON-REFUNDABLE.

C – Due to the position no longer being available:
In this situation, it depends on the stage of the application process at the time of cancellation. If the UK2KSA has NOT obtained the medical, then no cancellation fees will apply other than the £175 fee for award verification, and handling fees of £90.00, which are NON-REFUNDABLE.

However, if UK2KSA has already obtained the medical report, then the full fee for the visa will apply. The applicant may be reimbursed by the employer.

These terms and condition shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.
