Required Documents:
For Family Visit Visa:
- Etimad Appointment.
- Visa Slip printed from MOFA Saudi Arabia.
- Original Passport with 6 months validity.
- CNIC of the applicant (B-form for children).
- Two passport-sized photos with a white background.
- Vaccination Card for children.
- Passport + Iqama copy of the applicant in Saudi Arabia.
- Relationship evidence.
- Marriage certificate attested by the Pakistani Foreign Office.
- Muqeem paper.

For Permanent Family Visa:
- Etimad Appointment.

- Original Passport with 6 months validity.

- CNIC or “B form” from the NADRA office for children.
- Two passport-sized photos with a white background.
- Vaccination Card for children.
- Passport + Iqama copy of the applicant in Saudi Arabia.
- Relationship evidence.
- Marriage certificate attested by the Pakistani Foreign Office.
- Muqeem paper.
- Final Exit Visa paper if applicable.
