Easy Umrah Appointment Process with Nusuk/Eatmarna App
Introduction: The Nusuk/Eatmarna application simplifies the process of obtaining an appointment or permit for Umrah in Saudi Arabia. Here’s how to use it:
Download the App:
- Obtain the Nusuk/Eatmarna application from the following links:

Registration:
- Select your preferred language.
- Provide your Iqama number and Absher password.
Adding Companions:
- To include your wife/children (above 5 years old) in the permit, add them to the application.
Booking Umrah Appointment:
- Open the Nusuk application and proceed as follows:
- Click on “Umrah Appointment”.
- Add companions by entering their Iqama number and date of birth.
- Confirm the additions.
- Select the desired time, date, and assembly point (e.g., Kudai Center) for the appointment.
Umrah Permit for Visit Visa Holders:
- If family members are on a visit visa, follow these steps:
- Register on the Nusuk app using passport details.
- Each visitor requires a separate Tawakkalna and Eatmarna app.
- The appointment booking process remains the same.
Cancellation and Rescheduling:
- Cancel a permit if unused:
- Open the Eatmarna application and navigate to “Permits”.
- Select the permit to cancel and click “Cancel Permit”.
- Rescheduling can be done through the Tawakkalna application.
Fines for Violation:
- Attempting to enter Masjid al-Haram in Ihram without a valid Umrah permit incurs a fine of SR 10,000.
Objecting a Fine:
- Procedures for objecting to fines for Umrah without a permit are not provided. Please refer to official channels for assistance.
