Paying Late Birth Certificate Fee Online

Using Al Rajhi Bank:

1. Download and Log in:

• Download the Al Rajhi application from PlayStore or iTunes.
• Log in to your internet banking account.

1. Access Payments:

• Click on the three dots on the left-upper corner.
• Select “Payments & Bills”, then “Government Payment”.

1. Select Service:

• Choose “Civil Registration”.

1. Set Payment Details:

• Application Type: Birth Registration.
• Transaction Type: Payment.
• National ID Number: Iqama Number.
• Birth Date: Date of Birth as per the Birth Notification.

Confirm Payment:

• Click on the “Confirm” button to pay the SR 50 late birth certificate fee.

Using SNB or Al Ahli Bank:

1. Download and Log in:

• Download the application from PlayStore or iTunes.
• Log in to your internet banking account.

1. Access SADAD:

• Select “SADAD” then “Government Payments and Refund”.

1. Choose Service:

• Biller: Civil Registration.
• Service: Birth Registration.
• Select “Unregistered”.

1. Provide Details:

• National ID number: Iqama Number of the head of the family.
• Birth Date: Date of Birth as per Hijri calendar.

1. Initiate Payment:

• Click on the “Request Payment Fee” button to pay the fee.

Remember, there’s no fee if you apply for the birth certificate within 30 days of the child’s birth. If applying after 30 days, a SR 50 penalty applies for late registration.
