How to book Jawazat appointment through Absher?

Booking, Updating, and Cancelling Jawazat Appointments

Booking Jawazat Appointment:

  1. Log in: Visit Absher website.
  2. Access Appointments: Scroll and click on “Appointments”.
  3. Select Service: Choose “Passport” and click “Proceed to Service”.
  4. Book New Appointment: Click “Book New Appointment”.
  5. Types of Appointments:
  • Fingerprints of Men.
  • Fingerprints of Dependents.
  • Resident Services (e.g., Naqal Maloomat, Iqama for newborn).
  • Modify Yemeni Brothers’ Status.
  • Exit procedures from Salwa port for Qatar on-arrival visa.
  • Renewal of card of Internally Displaced People.
  • Query Directorate General of Passport’s Incoming Transactions.
  1. Region: Choose preferred region.
  2. Number of Transactions: Specify.
  3. Select Office: Choose Jawazat office.
  4. Choose Date and Time: Select from available slots.
  5. Confirm Appointment: Click “Confirm Appointment Details”.

Updating Jawazat Appointment:

  1. Log in: Access your Absher account.
  2. Navigate to Appointments: Click on “Appointments”.
  3. Select Passport Service: Choose “Passport” and proceed.
  4. Update Appointment: Click on (+) sign and select “Update”.
  5. Edit Appointment: Choose “Edit Complete Appointment”.
  6. Select New Details: Choose new service, date, and time.

Cancelling Jawazat Appointment:

  1. Log in: Access Absher account.
  2. Go to Appointments: Click “Appointments”.
  3. Choose Passport Service: Select “Passport” and proceed.
  4. Initiate Cancellation: Click on (+) sign and select “Cancel”.
  5. Confirm Cancellation: Click “Confirm Cancellation”.

That’s it! You’ve successfully managed your Jawazat appointment. Remember to print or save the appointment details for reference.
