Passengers booking international flights with fewer than 96 stopovers in Saudi Arabia through Saudi Airlines or FlyNas can follow these steps:
- Visit the Saudia website: Saudia Website.
- Choose international departure and arrival destinations (e.g., New York to Karachi).
- Select flights with suitable connection times, up to 96 hours.
- If stay is less than 96 hours, an option for a transit visa will appear. Click “Visit Saudi”.
- Choose stop-over flight, considering return flight layovers.
- Select the number of days for the stop-over, aligning with flight availability.
- Complete ticket booking until “Transit E-Visa” option is available.
- Pay ticket and visa fees (SR 94) in one step on the SAUDIA website.
- Receive email with issued visa and insurance for Saudi Arabia stay.

- Passport with at least 6 months of validity.
- Personal Photo: Sized 200X200px, with a file size of less than 20kb.

- If your stay is less than 96 hours, an option to obtain a transit visa will appear. Click on the “Visit Saudi” button.
- Select your stop-over flight. You can choose to stop at one of them if you have a return flight. If you have a layover on your return flight, you can reapply after the departure of the first flight.
- Choose the number of days for the stop-over, ensuring it aligns with flight availability.
- Continue booking the ticket until you can book a “Transit E-Visa.”
- Pay the ticket and visa fees of SR 94 in one step on the SAUDIA website.
- After completing the previous steps, you will receive an email with the issued visa and insurance for your stay in Saudi Arabia.
Terms and Conditions
- The visa fee is non-refundable.
- Companions under 18 years old can apply for visas with their adult guardians.
- Passengers eligible for visa upon arrival in Saudi Arabia would not receive a transit visa.
