Passengers booking international flights with fewer than 96 stopovers in Saudi Arabia through Saudi Airlines or FlyNas can follow these steps:

  1. Visit the Saudia website: Saudia Website.
  2. Choose international departure and arrival destinations (e.g., New York to Karachi).
  3. Select flights with suitable connection times, up to 96 hours.
  4. If stay is less than 96 hours, an option for a transit visa will appear. Click “Visit Saudi”.
  5. Choose stop-over flight, considering return flight layovers.
  6. Select the number of days for the stop-over, aligning with flight availability.
  7. Complete ticket booking until “Transit E-Visa” option is available.
  8. Pay ticket and visa fees (SR 94) in one step on the SAUDIA website.
  9. Receive email with issued visa and insurance for Saudi Arabia stay.

To apply for a Saudi stopover transit visa, you need to provide the following documents:

  • Passport with at least 6 months of validity.
  • Personal Photo: Sized 200X200px, with a file size of less than 20kb.

  4. If your stay is less than 96 hours, an option to obtain a transit visa will appear. Click on the “Visit Saudi” button.
  5. Select your stop-over flight. You can choose to stop at one of them if you have a return flight. If you have a layover on your return flight, you can reapply after the departure of the first flight.
  6. Choose the number of days for the stop-over, ensuring it aligns with flight availability.
  7. Continue booking the ticket until you can book a “Transit E-Visa.”
  8. Pay the ticket and visa fees of SR 94 in one step on the SAUDIA website.
  9. After completing the previous steps, you will receive an email with the issued visa and insurance for your stay in Saudi Arabia.

Terms and Conditions

  • The visa fee is non-refundable.
  • Companions under 18 years old can apply for visas with their adult guardians.
  • Passengers eligible for visa upon arrival in Saudi Arabia would not receive a transit visa.
