Expatriates and their family dependents in Saudi Arabia can now easily obtain their digital Iqama online through either the Absher Individual app or the Tawakkalna application. This digital ID serves as a convenient alternative to carrying the physical Iqama card, enabling individuals to present their identification digitally to Saudi officials.

Digital Iqama in Absher

• Procedure for Personal Digital Iqama:

  1. Visit https://www.absher.sa/.
  2. Click on the three dots located in the upper right corner.
  3. Select “Dashboard”.
  4. Scroll down and click on “View Documents” under digital documents.
  5. The digital Iqama will be displayed on the next screen.
  6. Long-press the screen to save it on your mobile device for future use.

• Procedure for Dependents’ Digital Iqama:

  1. Open https://www.absher.sa/.
  2. Click on the three dots in the upper right corner.
  3. Select “Dashboard”.
  4. Scroll down and click on “>” under digital documents.
  5. Now click on “View Document”.
  6. The digital Iqama for all family dependents will be displayed.

Digital ID in Tawakkalna

• Procedure:
  1. Download the Tawakkalna Services app from either Google Play Store or Apple iTunes.
  2. Log in using your Absher ID and password.
  3. Click on “Digital Document”.
  4. Select “Iqama ID”.
  5. Click on “Family Members” to view the digital Iqama for your dependents.

Digital ID in Absher Individual

• Procedure:
  1. Download the “Absher Individual” app from Play Store.
  2. Log in using your Absher username and password.
  3. Click on “My Services”.
  4. Select “Digital Cards”.
  5. Click on “Activate Digital Card”.
  6. Choose “Resident ID” from the options.
  7. Click on the “Activate Digital ID” button.
