Terms and conditions

These terms explain the basis on which UK2KSA provides visa, document and relocation support.

1. About UK2KSA

UK 2 KSA Visa Services is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 09895160. You can contact us at info@uk2ksa.co.uk or on 0208 004 7374.

2. Independent support

UK2KSA is an independent support provider. We are not part of, endorsed by or affiliated with any government, embassy, immigration authority or official decision-maker. We cannot guarantee that an application will be accepted, processed within a particular period or approved.

3. Our service

We provide only the services described in your written quotation or service confirmation. This may include application preparation, document checks, translations, legalisation guidance, appointment or process coordination and practical relocation support. Official authorities and other third parties remain responsible for their own decisions and processing.

4. Your responsibilities

You must provide complete, accurate and genuine information and documents. You are responsible for checking that your passport, visa and other documents cover the purpose, dates and number of entries required for your journey. Tell us promptly if your circumstances or travel plans change.

Do not book non-refundable travel until the relevant permission has been issued, unless a booking is an express application requirement and you understand the risk.

5. Fees and third-party costs

We will confirm our fee and known third-party costs before starting work. Government, embassy, medical, courier, translation, legalisation and other third-party charges can change. We will tell you about a material change before incurring an additional cost where reasonably possible.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Your quotation or service confirmation will identify any service-specific cancellation terms and any third-party payments that become non-refundable once incurred. If you ask us to begin work during a statutory cancellation period, you may have to pay for work already completed and costs already committed. Nothing in these terms limits any cancellation or refund right that the law gives you.

7. Documents, delivery and third parties

We will take reasonable care of documents while they are under our direct control. Couriers, official authorities and other service providers operate under their own terms. We are not responsible for a delay, loss or decision caused by a third party unless the law says otherwise.

8. Personal information

We use personal information only where needed to answer an enquiry, provide an agreed service, meet a legal obligation or protect legitimate business interests. We handle personal data in accordance with applicable UK data protection law, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Do not send passports or other sensitive identity documents by ordinary email unless we have asked you to use a suitable secure route.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. Subject to that restriction, UK2KSA is not responsible for indirect losses, missed travel, lost opportunities or costs caused by inaccurate information supplied by a customer, an official decision or a third-party delay.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
