Booking a PCC Appointment
To arrange an appointment for submitting the endorsement letter from your embassy to obtain a police clearance certificate, follow these steps:
Access Absher:
- Log in to Absher at https://www.absher.sa/.
Navigate to Appointments:
- Scroll down and locate the “Appointments” section.
Select Public Security:
- Click on “Public Security” to proceed.
Proceed to Service:
- Select “Proceed to Service” to access the appointment booking service.
Book New Appointment:
- Choose “Book New Appointment” to initiate the appointment booking process.
Specify Service and Region:
- Under “Services,” opt for “Criminal Record.”
- Select your region of residence.
Choose City and Appointment Time:
- Pick the city where you intend to visit the designated police station.
- Select a suitable appointment time from the available slots.
Review Appointment Details:

Changing or Canceling the Appointment
If you need to adjust your appointment for any reason, follow these steps:
Access Absher:
- Log in to your Absher account.
Navigate to Appointments:
- Click on “Appointments.”
Select Public Security:
- Choose the “Public Security” option.
Proceed to Service:
- Click on “Proceed to Service.”
Update Appointment:
- Decide whether to cancel or update the appointment as necessary.
- Click on “Cancel” or “Update” to make the required changes.
