Requirements
Before initiating the application, ensure you meet the following prerequisites:

  • Passport Size Photograph.
  • Passport with a minimum validity of 6 months.
  • Women and children require accompaniment by a husband/father or a male relative (Mahram), unless aged 45 or older.
  • List of Mahram relations in Islam.
  • Booking confirmation for Hotel, Transport, and Flight Tickets through recognized travel agencies.

Application Process

Step 1: Selecting a Travel Agency

Step 2: Registration with the Chosen Agency

  • Sign up on the chosen Travel Agency’s website by providing necessary details such as Name, Email, Phone Number, and Password.

Step 3: Trip Details Entry

  • Input your trip specifics including Departure Airport, Date, Nights stay in Makkah and Madina, and the primary destination.

Step 4: Hotel & Flight Booking

  • Opt for refundable bookings for Hotel, Transport, and Flight Tickets to mitigate financial risks.
  • Select desired accommodations and transport options from the provided lists.

Step 5: Pilgrims’ Information Submission

  • Provide relevant pilgrim details and upload necessary documents including Passport Size Photograph and Passport copy.

Step 6: Payment Details

  • Enter your credit/debit card information for payment processing, especially if non-refundable bookings were chosen earlier.

Step 7: Application Submission

  • Finalize the application process by submitting all required information through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs website.
  • Upon approval, the Umrah visa will be issued online, ready for printing.
