Visa enquiry for SAUDI ARABIA

The work visa application process entails the following documents and requirements:

1. Visa Form
2. Copy of the employment contract, attested by both the Saudi Chamber of Commerce and The Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs
3. A copy of the visa authorization letter from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Saudi Arabia
4. Copy of the applicant’s qualification, attested by the FCO, Saudi culture bureau in London, or the Saudi embassy in the country where the qualification was issued
5. Delegation of all work visas to the applicant
6. A recent medical report for the applicant, not older than three months
7. ACRO police certificate for the applicant, attested by the FCO. You can apply for one from the following website: [https://www.acro.police.uk]
8. Two UK passport size pictures for each applicant
9. Original passport, valid for six months or more, with at least two blank pages facing each other

The visa application requirements are as follows:

1. Visa Form
2. Copy of the invitation letter or visa authorization letter from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Saudi Arabia (female applicants under the age of 45 must provide an authorization letter)
3. Introduction letter from the UK company where the applicant is employed
4. Copy of the Saudi Company registration Certificate (for foreign companies trading in Saudi Arabia)
5. The applicant must be a UK citizen or hold a valid UK residency visa
6. Original passport, valid for six months or more, with at least two blank pages facing each other
7. Proof of address in the UK (for EU passport holders)
8. Two UK passport size pictures for each applicant

Please be aware that starting from March 29th, 2016, all UK introduction letters submitted by applicants to support their applications for commercial visit visas, working visit visas, and businessman visit visas must be on original company letterhead and stamped by the chamber of commerce.

The applicant is required to submit an ACRO police certificate, duly attested by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO). You may apply for this certificate through the following website: https://www.acro.police.uk/ .

4. Original Passport (Valid for a minimum of six months with two consecutive blank pages)

7. Proof of Residency for all Non-British Passport Holders

3. UKSACB hand-signed consent form (this will be provided upon receipt of payment)

Please note that the estimated time frame for completion is between 3 to 6 weeks, subject to the response time of your awarding body and the Saudi Attaché.

According to the guidelines set by UKSACB, the following reasons may lead to rejection of the application:

1. Unclear copies of the required documents
2. Completion of studies through distance learning (applicant did not study in the UK)
3. Completion of studies through online modules (applicant studied online)
4. Discrepancy between the name on the certificate and the name in the passport (unless accompanied by a legally changed name certificate)
5. Application issued by a university/institution not recognized by UK authorities as a UK university/institution with degree awarding powers.

1. Starting from August 2023, individuals from United Kingdom planning a visit KSA for a period of up to six months will no longer need to obtain a Tourist visa prior to their travel. Instead, all British nationals have the option to apply for an Electronic Visa Waiver (EVW) as an alternative to a Touristv visa when traveling to the UK.

    

   The EVW provides a quicker, simpler, and more cost-effective process for visiting KSA compared to obtaining a Toursit visa .

   Once the application is completed and payment has been made, your visa will be issued instantly and an email confirmation with the visa document will be sent to your email address.

      Travelers from eligible nations have the convenience of applying for a tourist visa through the e-Visa portal in advance of their planned trip.

   1. Visa on Arrival

      If certain conditions are met, tourists have the option to apply for a Visa on Arrival at designated entry points in Saudi Arabia.

   These conditions include:

   1. The tourist is from one of the countries listed as eligible.
   2. The tourist possesses a valid visa from the United States, United Kingdom, or a Schengen country, meeting the following requirements:
      The visa is still valid.
      The visa is categorized as either tourist or business
      The visa has been utilized at least once and contains an entry stamp from the issuing country.
   3. Holders of permanent residency from the United States, United Kingdom, or a European Union country, along with their first-degree relatives, can also apply for Visa on Arrival after verifying their residency status.
