The Saudi Arabia E-Visa allows holders multiple entries.

 

We require the following documents to submit your application:

  • A clear picture of your passport (valid for 6 months).
  • One passport-sized photo, clear and recent.

The Saudi Arabia E-Visa is a multiple-entry visa and has a validity of 1 year. Its expiration date will be specified in your e-visa once it’s issued. Although your entry to Saudi Arabia can be at any time of the 365 days of validity, your total stay can not exceed 90 days.

NO. Possession of an electronic visa for Saudi Arabia does not provide an automatic right of entry for the holder into the Country. The Immigration Officer at the port of entry may refuse entry to any person if he considers that such a person is unable to fulfill the immigration requirements or that such person's presence in Saudi Arabia would be contrary to national interests or security.

Anyone over the age of 18 can apply. The age should not be less than 18 years old. For those under 18 years old, the applicant is allowed to enter but requires the presence of a guardian. (First degree: father, mother, brother, sister, grandfather, and grandmother).

The Saudi Arabia E-Visa is an official document that grants the right to enter multiple times to Saudi Arabia for  tourism. There is no need to make an appointment or present original documents to the Embassy or Consular Office.

According to the visit.saudi website once you request an e-visa you will not be able to cancel it under any circumstances.

No, it is not possible to get a visa upon arrival, except for the tourist visa (we recommend to obtain the visa before you travel).

Generally speaking, you cannot do a visa application online. The only exception is for the tourist e visa or EVW. But for all other visas, you are required to submit your application to an agent who will pass it onto the Saudi embassy.

For the new tourist visa, which can be applied for online and will cost SAR440 (about £95). 

This depends on the type of visa required but anywhere from 2 days to a few weeks.

The requirements for a Saudi Arabia work visa are as follows:

  1. 6-month Valid passport
  2. Two colour passport photos
  3. 2 consecutive empty passport pages
  4. Visa invitation form
  5. Visa form
  6. Letter of Introduction from your employer
  7. E-wakala
  8. Saudi contract
  9. Saudi work medical

You must have at least 6 months of validity from the time you enter Saudi Arabia.

Yes, they can.  Make sure to provide the required marriage certificate for your spouse and birth certificate for each child you are applying for.

Once your visa has been successfully been issued, you have to enter KSA within 90 days. 

If you fail to enter within 90 days, your visa will expire and you will need to re-apply again. 

In this case you will need to apply for a "Subject Access Report".

In this case, it is the sole discretion of the Saudi Embassy to grant your visa or reject your application.

On December 7, 2022, Saudi Arabia officially became the 122nd member to accede to the Convention Abolishing the Requirements of Legalization for Foreign Public Documents, commonly referred to as the “Apostille Convention”.

The new process allows documents originating from other Hague member countries, to be accepted in Saudi Arabia. Such as education certificates and birth certificates, and those legalized according to the requirements of the treaty.
